wat's up fellas got a problem with the motor and need help. the car is running in three cylinder. #1 has no compression 0. open up the valve cover and one of the lifter is off the push rod. i think the valve is bent. wat im i looking at. the internal is stock running 5-8 psi of boost. and o yea is it better to buy a built bottom end are should i build one up. does anyone know were i can find a built bottom end.

is it an intake valve or an exhaust valve?

if its a bent valve you just need to pull the head, take off the valve spring and retainer, pull out the old valve, put in the new valve, seat the valve, and put the spring/retainer back on.
