I run an intank '96 Supra fuel pump. I like it; it's very quiet and provides enough pressure for my needs at this time.

I run the Accel inline and a Nippon Denso 190 lph intank. It works great, although sometimes the inline pump still gets pretty loud.

To be honest, I didn't install the fuel pump by meself at that time. The guy that put in on didn't have any problem putting it on though. It does come with a strainer. I got mine from a friend (new) for $180 because he had an extra one. You guys might want to check some Supra forums to get one. Sometimes, you can find a decent used one on the Partstrader for about $50.

Most of the time, they sell for about $115, and if you look hard enough, they can be had for about $100.

For example:

http://www.importevolution.com/store/fuel.php (this place has em on sale for $98 with free shipping!!)

http://www.lightningmotorsports.com/walbro.htm

http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/html/fuelpump.html#application

BTW, I run a walbro 255lph and an accel inline. Probably the first to run both of these huge things concurrently with one another. The noise is almost non-existant.

The MKIV Supra TT fuel pump (a Denso pump) can easily be made to fit the 2G in-tank fuel pump assembly. It is about the same size as the Walbro 255. Simply drill a new hole on the assembly for the correct mounting position. Here is a spec sheet of the flow between the Walbro 255, Supra TT, and Mazda Cosmo (which was equipped with the rare 20B rotary) fuel pumps:

PSI Walbro Cosmo MKIV
---------------------------------------------
26 60.0 gph 61.6 gph 60.4 gph
30 58.1 gph 57.5 gph 55.4 gph
40 51.0 gph 48.4 gph 47.2 gph
50 43.9 gph 38.0 gph 37.3 gph
60 37.3 gph 28.0 gph 28.7 gph
70 32.1 gph 16.6 gph 16.5 gph

By the way, I am running the Walbro 255 in-tank and Accel in-line.
