I understand the question he is asking about, however i just stated for his referance that the turbo for his truck can produce serious streetable power, using specific examples, it worked out beter then the vortech my buddy had on his s-10 with an aftercooler, and my other buddy that had a paxton on his s-10. and fuel questions have run wild around here... I do believe that those quetions have been answerer if you do a search. However if you want to keep cost in mind, i would suggest getting a high flow fuel pump, such as the holley, or walbro 255lph fuel pump and an fmu, if you go the injector route your lookin at spending some cash. Do some more reasearch to find out just howmuch power you are going to want out of your car, and deal with it that way, just keep supplying the fuel. About housing sizing: The one i have now looks a bit smaller then the one i had on my blazer (which was a .52), so i would guess .48 , look at turbonetics.com, which takes you to performance techniqes web site (biggest turbonetics dealer), give them a call, and they will tell you all the usable info you need to know (like what housing is shipped to drag, and star for there kits), and hell you may get some cheap flanges out of it for your upcoming custom exhaust manifold project. I also noticed you were sending the turbo in for rebuild..... You can do that yourself to save some cash. I understand that they are balanced and all that, but you can just go to turbocity.com, or turbonetics.com, and purchase a rebuild kit from them, give them a call sometimes you can work out free shipping, or a better price. I have dealt with both companies face to face, and they are good at what they do, performance techniques know ALOT, just kind of they are kinda jerky to if you don't know them...
