#29260, "What Injectors should I use?"

I have a HRC Stage II with a fmic. Should I upgrade my injectors? I have stock injectors now. I plan on installing a Profec B boost controller to up my boost from 5psi. What Injectors should I get and what size. Are the HRC/Accel injectors good?

If you get anything over 315cc you are going to need an s-afc. And yes the accel ones are great. I have ford 42lb ones in my car.

Will 310cc work well with the mods i have? And will it work with the vortech fmu 12:1?

Talonizzed: They will work, but the 12:1 disk is going to be too much fuel. If you decide to use these injectors you will need lower rise rate disk in your fmu like a 4.5:1 or somewhere close to that.

They will work but you need to change the rise rate. The 12:1 is for stock injectors. Anything bigger and you'll get too much fuel.

Star turbo kit guys use a 8:1 fmu disc/ring with 30LB Accel injectors. HRC kits use much less fuel if they have a 16G.

30lb Ford Fuel injectors off eBay. Try and get them new or lo-miles. Nice injectors, damn cheap, don't need any AFC either.

Ok, i've probably asked a billion times before but with my setup what should I do next. I have the money now.
I have Hahn's craptech fpr, Mustang GT injectors. Can I run an AFC safely with this, or should i blow money on the Vortech SFMU.
