That should work as long as the flange is the same for the 1g BOV as it is for the greddy type s. If you have the piping from HRC, all you need to do is buy the greddy type s with an install kit for the 2g eclipse. Thats all you need.

i have a star stage 1 and need the bov and a flange is that good to get? i would weld it to the intake pipe and the bov gose on the flange side right.

*sigh*

You will have to cut a hole in the intake pipe about the same size as the round part of the flange you just bought. Weld that to the pipe, connect the BOV (if it fits on the flange), connect a vacuum line to the BOV and you are done.
