The oil feed line is about $60. everything else (T, fittings, hose)falls into the skip red lobster this weekend catergory.
I'd say that >-downpipe
Mitsu turbo flange is about $20-30. From there any muffler shop should be able to do it for $100 considering people get entire catbacks for $200 and less around here.
>-Some of the intercooler fittings-2.25X90 elbow,2.5X3 hose >coupler,
silicon hose couplers and elbows arent cheap but you should be able to get the good stuff, even better than the hahn stuff for $100-150. That should buy at least 6 or so fancy silicon couplers . You can get clamps at pep boys as well for next to nothing. elbows that small are sometimes hard to find.
8X1.25X12 flanged nut, 8X1.25 40 HH Bolt >-Some the of turbo charger fasteners-turbo came bolted to >mani. so I might not need some of this. turbine inlet >gasket,10mmX1.5X30 stud, 10X1.5 flanged nut,8X1.25X25 SHCS, >turbine outlet gasket, 2.25 S/S Muffler clamp.
All those gaskets are $8-20 at RRE or the like (some of which arent really neccessary. turbine outlet for instance). nuts, bolts, studs and fasteners usually cost pocket change.
>-entire hose kit
elaborate?
>don't know if I want to go with hahn's fuel set-up. All I >have is the fpr with the 3 gas lines still attached, a >smaller line up top with the tee's and plastic part all put >together.(?)It still comes to $600 without their fuel >set-up. thanks for the help
A ruff estimate I'd say you need half of that $800 doing it yourself: $100 oil system (less if all you need are fittings) $150 downpipe $100 silicon hoses/clamps (although you could do it alot cheaper with cheaper hoses) $50 gaskets and nuts, bolts, fasteners ect.
if it were me it probably would be done for $200 to $300.
:farfrommugen: Yes I still own a 2gnt. Damn right I've been here longer than U klassic_liven@yahoo.com
