Ok guys, the rebuild is done. Here is a list.

Wiseco 8.8:1 pistons
Eagle Rods
ported and pollished head
315cc injectors
Vortec S-Fmu with 6:1 disk (Large disk)
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Missing Link (for map sensor)
T3 turbo
Audi waste gate
2g BOV
Starion FMIC

I am running 4psi on 93 octane (Just to break it in). My fuel maxing at about 80 to 85 and EGT's arn't even getting up to 1500.

I have one problem. When I hit boost the system gose lean then when boost maxes out it goes big rich. Is this because of the disk I am useing? Do you guys thing I need to use the 4:1 disk?

I have the same fuel setup as you and I'm using the 4.4:1 disk (2.72") It's just about perfect.

I switched out to the 4:1 and it runs much better. Less hesitation.

I am running 4psi for the break in. Plan on going up to 10psi after.
