i mounted my programmable dis2 behind the centerconsole under the shifter cables where they go through the firewall. the programmable unit is a little smaller than the dis2, but it fits nicely there only thing is that it ticks, so you will hear it if you put it in the car. the tach adapter goes right in, at least it should plug right in. the wiring is very simple. remember though that the diagram in the dis2 manual states that the 3 wires on the coil pack are in different places. the center wire is +12, the one towards the front of the car is trigger1 and the one towards the back of the car is trigger2. the install is honestly quite easy. i ran my wiring harness through the power steering boot and it came out pretty clean. hope this helps lates james

thanx for the reply james! yeah i was wondering about mosture and heat and stuff under the hood i think i will mount it in the cabin too.. thanx agian..
