I broke mine off while installing my kit. I haven't had any problems. If it still clicks in you should be good.

if it still "sort of locks" I say you just try some of the ever useful ducktape to hold the two together more securely. emoji

the oil gate is earls fuel block #100178 you'll need 2 2ft lines. The reducer from the block to the line, fittings for the block, gate, turbo and plugs. Its easy to figure out once you get the gate. late mike

for some reason my oil press guage isn't working anymore. i tried the ignition and grounds, those are fine, so it has to be the sending unit or the guage is busted. somehow i doubt it's the gauge. can you buy a replacement sending unit from autometer or someone else? any ideas?

Yeah it still locks in a bit. you can feel it while sliding it back on. Kinda like a little click. I'll go under tomorrow to check it out, and maybe apply the duct tape method.. emoji oh so ghetto.

speaking of ghetto, the return line was too long, so i just looped it literally...I'll work on posting some pics.
