Its not worth 250 bux dude. Anyone can buy a billet fuel rail per foot, drill out the holes for the injectors, and weld a plate so it can be bolted down to the manifold. For less than 250 in my own opinion...

What makes this piece worth 250$??

Well how do you tune the reg at idle? oh yeah you have to have a friend over right? Whatever you say bro. This is why I dont post shit. Well how about this go ahead and tell me the price for the an fittings or how about the 6an ss line you need to run the rail with. Oh yeah by the way did you know that you cannot run more that 12" of rubber line at a track? If they find that they will kick you off the track? Tech at the track? So the $250 includes all the SS lines to run from the pump to the rail? does price include the manual fp gauge to? if so that makes a lil more sense then.

oh, and the 6 AN fittings go for $6-10 each, i just bought 2 this weekend. i know you werent talking to me, but i do like the rail, just trying to justify it

oh, and i have 2 fp gauges, but run all rubber lines and T's to do it. IDRC allows rubber lines, my friend runs the quick class and passes tech w/ em in his ITR @ moroso events. Another buddy of mine has run IDRC and NIRA events in his neon, and he also has rubber lines throughout and had no problems w/ tech @ moroso or gainesville tracks.

I do like the rail tho, looks good and im assuming it flows better than all the other shitty aftermarket rails available. good work man

thanks for the good job on the rail. The reason for the price being high is crazy. The price isnt high. This is just a heads up to everyone. I realized in san diego the cost of labor. What is it that you pay for when you get something welded? is it the electricity,rod or gas being used? No, what you are paying for is the welders skill and the welders equipment. So if i told you that the rail that I have here was made on a 25k lathe what do you think you are paying for? Please tell me evryone thinks I'm trying to make mad money. Plus this whole conflict on price is crazy someone tonight find a fuel rail that will work for our car and show me a price. Forget aem,venom they know there is a market but mostly for the neon. The neon rail wont work because it mounts upside down. So please someone show me. And whomever said earlier about the buying fuel rail and cutting it down I've got news for you not all the measurements between injector ports are the same. late mike

If you are tossing in fittings, s/s lines to and from the fuel tank, THEN maybe its worth something.

Javad at 034efi has been a terrific resource for Corbin and myself in our pursuit of adding extra injectors. He also has sold me some terrifically made injector bungs that I still need to get welded in. (I've been lazy about getting it done)

Anyways, he provides fuel rails for his specific application for $115 and he has advertised on his site an ability to make some custom ones. He has always been more than reasonable with his pricing with me and I'm positive that if someone asked him to make some custom ones based on our application, he would probably be happy to comply.

I'm sure the above individual has a perfectly legitimate reason for his pricing. However, people's costs will differ from fabricator to fabricator and we should all keep that in mind. As an example, as many here might have observed, most aftermarket neon fuel rails tend to be around the 120-130 price range whilst we can see honda/acura rails afrom anywhere from 120-220.

corbin i think was talking about epoxy or something. there is no way i would dream of putting epoxy to hold in an injector boss. Did he fix his problems with the install on the 8 inj set up? I think last I heard he was trying to make an alt bracket or something? Welp i wouldve gone with injectors in front of each other rather than top and bottom. Oh well its a good thought but that might get a little crazy in the tune side. late mike

I hope u dont think i was bitching about the price, im sure u have ur reasons. top quality honda rails can go for over $200 (i think the only difference there tho is they have some kind of big name backing). the mainstream rails we currently have available are crap tho

im still confused on the whats included issue tho, r u selling just the rail? or is a manual gauge and SS lines included, ur post to kiku confused me on that issue, it almost sounded like u mentioned thos to justify the price. thanks in advance for clearing that up

I ran 6an ss line 16 ft that shit is expensive. So i guess the answer is that the fuel rail comes as is. I could actually fab the supply line because the stock supply fitting is a reverse farrel fitting its a little wierd but easy. Whenever you need it let me know.

Sorry I'm a bit confused. So does it with with the 16 ft return line? You said that's the main reason for the expensive price, but then you say that is costs over 300 (so I'm guessing your $250 fuel rail doesn't come with the return line right?).

Oh wait, I just saw that you said it comes "as is". So I'm assuming it's just the fuel rail right?

Nice looking piece. Looks of good quality. Well put together.

The stock rail flows enough for 400+ fwhp. I will stick with it until it needs to be replaced. I hate replacing oem parts that work fine.
