Yes two tach adapters, not sure on part number either. I tapped directly to the battery for the power and ground. The other connections come off the coil. Center wire is power to the coil, and I don't remember off hand which the others are, but one if cylandes 1-4 and the other 2-3.
Thw wiring is easy, you'll be surprised at how simple the install is. Just please have a manual handy so you get the right wires when you cut the coil connection.
