hey guys and gals I'm trying to get an overall pic on which set up it better for internals. Can everyone that has upgraded their internals please post their compression ratio. 8:6.1, 10:6.1 etc...and which type of set up you went with je pistons and crowler rods or eagle rods. tia

i went with 8.8:1 compression JE's and Crower rods. (HRC) I'm currently making more power than my CFDF can handle.

Right now I am boosting 6 psi but that isn’t enough for me so I am shooting for 20+ psi. I just have to make sure I have all the other issues worked out. I.e. fuel management and timing.
I think I am going to go w/ the accel dfi, s-fmu, crane fireball, and two pumps (the jury is still out on that one though)
I still need to figure out what I am going to do as far as headwork goes. I don't know if I want to port it out because everyone who has done so seems to have a rough idle.

That was in the NEOhio region last summer. I now auto-x with the Cincinnati SCCA region. And yes, I think the wheel is awfully close to being completely off the ground. God knows it spun enough. That was also before my car was boosted. Can't wait to try out 400 hp around the cones.
