As far as the regulator goes, I would go with the Vortech S-FMU. It can be adjusted using calibration disks to whatever rise rate you want and it seems to be extremely consistant.
I would recommend the MSD-dis2 ignition based on many things I have heard about it. I don't have one yet, but I will in the near future. The main reason you need this is not for the ignition amplification (although that is nice), but for the ability to control the ignition timing. When you boost higher psi, you need to retard the timing to avaid detonation.
For injectors, you have to make that decision based on how much you want to boost. I know that when you get into the 640cc+ injectors, it becomes tough to keep you car running smooth at idle without the accel dfi, or the haltech system. 440's are sufficient for 15 psi with the s-afc, which I would estimate being near the 300 HP mark.
Damn it must be nice to be able to throw down that kind of cash in one sitting. I've been trying to get where yer going now for about 3 1/2 years. Oh well, I'll get there someday
