some of my figures are extremely generous and you really shouldnt spend that much.
Agreed on all points, as for the Quaife, while nice, unnecessary IMO.
I tend to over research crap and I'm pretty confident (from the Neon boys) that the OBX will perform very well. But even if you wanted the Quaife, you are only adding another $750 (cost difference between the Quaife and the OBX).
Keep in mind that you don't have to do this all at once. The LSD can go in your own tranny until you find a 3.55. The stock axles can put up with quite a bit of abuse, so those will be fine until you really start hammering on them with high torque. Turbo kit can be set-up on your stock engine while you are building your "built" engine (just because you have the capability to boost hard, doesn't mean you have to).
You really want to do this in steps anyway. Over time the money is not quite as bad and the time factor allows you to pick up "deals" as they come up.
