today i should have to turbo installed all thats left is to fabricate downpipe and put on the intercooler piping but i have a few more last questions. I have custom 14b setup btw. I was running water through the coolent inlet in the turbo as i was cleaning it up and it came out the outlet just fine. When i put it through the oil inlet it didnt come out the outlet at all. Deos this mean its clogged or deos it just need pressure to get the oil running through it? next, My external wastegate has a 7 pound spring (deltagate) and i just want it to run the 7 pounds. when i search i get mixed results of tapping the turbo and running the boost vaccum line off the turbo or I run the vaccum off the back of the manifold. Which one?

Someone else can help you out with the first question. I'll try and answer the wg question for you though. You can do either.
If you tap off the back of the intake manifold, the wastegate will not open until there is 7psi in the intake manifold. Good in that you will see the 7psi, bad in that if you develop any serious boost leaks, the turbo is going to have to work harder because it will take more for there to be 7psi making it to your manifold. Say you've got a leak that shows up somewhere and your pipes are only holding 6psi, well your turbo is going to continue to spin faster until you finally reach that 7psi. IMO a good temporary solution if you want to actually boost the pressure your spring is set for.
Ok now for tapping the turbo outlet, this is good in that your wastegate will open when the turbo spools to 7psi. However you will most likely not quite see 7psi on your boost gauge. Depending on your intercooler setup your pressure drop will vary, but you will see probably a 1-2psi drop so your boost gauge will be readin 5-6psi and that is how much it will be when it gets into your engine.
