The only thing i'm really debating on is compression ratio. I really dont want to have to run the most expensive gas ever but high cr has that hard low rpm hit to help with turbo lag. Detonation is a very bad thing though so right now it's a toss up until i've fully researched boost with high cr.
Just to help you out a bit on the performance end, since I'm not much of a body kit fan I couldn't help you.
You shouldn't have to worry about upgrading plugs, wires, and coil (unless they are bad) because you will not feel any difference in performance by switching those up. Well, you might get a little weight reduction because there will be $200 less in your pockets.
An eBay intake pipe will be just as good as any AEM, Injen, etc intake out there. Just buy a good filter for it also and call it a day.
If you plan on keeping your car non-turbo for a while, you might think about keeping your cat instead of a test pipe. You will probably feel a drop in torque in the lower rpm's by swapping it out. Also, if you plan on turbo down the road, don't bother with a header. You will not be able to use it if you go turbo and will have a paper weight on your hands (unless you sell it to offset some cost).
OK, with the turbo parts. If you plan on using the 450cc injectors, an FMU will be useless to you. Look into SFMU, MSnS, and possibly Hahn's Portfueler. SAFC will be useless for tuning besides fixing an idle with the bigger injectors paired with an SFMU.
Most people go with the 8.8:1 compression ratio when building engines. Some have gone lower with 8.6:1 and some guys have gone even higher. I personally would stick with like a 8.8:1 ratio with forged JE pistons and Eagle rods.
