Its easy peasy man. Although...I see no need for an E-brake boot on out cars, it will just look bulky and not-good in my oppinion, but any who... should have told me about this boot, I made my own out of red vinyl. Cost me about $4 and 15 min of my life, should have just traced the 4 pieces of your old one and cut a new one.
To take the boot out:Take out the center console. There are screws in the back of it on either side of the bottom of the arm rest. Then I belive the is some more in the front, around where your feet lay. You may need to slide the seats to access some of these. Before you pull the console out, you need to pop out the AC control bezel. Just pry it out carfully so that you dont scratch it or brake it. I THINK thats all that needs to be removed for now. OH NVM! if you have an arm rest cover, take it off, and the tray too, there is some screws in there, by where the airbag controls are bolted to the bottom of the frame. NOW take pick the console out slightly AND UNPLUG THE GCIG LIGHTER, if you dont, you'll rip the cables out. NOW yo can get to the boot, all you do is unscrew the small frame like plastic that holds it down, and unhook the slits on the boot that are on the flaps of the bottom of the boot. Then just slip your new one on, and your done. Put it all back toghether and be happy
here's a quick pick of the one I made:
