Just wondering -- how does one go about doing this -- do I just take a dremel to it??? What kind of bit do i use??? Any type of special polish or something I put on near the end -- a how-to would be ver nice -- thanks guys.

Your going to have to sand off all of the powder coating which is a bitch. Start with a really gritty sand paper like #66. Sand until you have all the poweder coating off. Then keep stepping up to finer grits and sand the scratches off from the last grit until you get to #1200(#2400 would be better but it's hard to find). Then polish the hell out of it with a good metal polish like Mothers of something similar. I find that when using sand paper to polish metal it works best to use really short fast strokes to the point where the friction burns your fingers.
