Not to speak for him, but just answering your question promptly..... Pretty sure he made it himself dude...looks like the home depot gutter guard special we all use...

He's right, Home Depot and gutter guard. Works wonders. Get two pieces, it takes most of one for the center, and cut up the second for the sides.
When you put it in, undo the plastic screws on the black plastic air dam behind the bumper (there's 5 of 'em), pop the plastic thing down from behind the bumper, then slide it up in there and zip tie it to the fog light mounts (it works even if you have fogs). Snap the plastic piece back up behind the bumper against the mesh to hold the bottom in place. For the sides, just cut the pieces big, bend them around the inside lip of the hole, and bondo or rubber cement it in. It's tricky, but mines been holding for about 4 months now and its not coming loose. Hope that helps ya out
