Wasn't sure where this post should go. I have an oil temp gauge and was going to install it in the driver door vent(from the mods section)but where do i install the temp sensor at and what wire should i splice into to have it light up when i turn on my dash lights? TIA

Hey, you can follow the same steps for the oil press gauge in the mods section.

I don't see one for Oil temperature just oil pressure.

Yeah I know, but you can install it the same way in the same place. You'll just be installing a temperature sensor instead of a pressure sensor. The fitting might be a different size though. You just need to find a source for oil that's all.

Ok cool, so my next question is if i wanted to install an oil pressure gauge too how would i do that since the temp sensor would already be in the place the press. sensor would go?

I tapped my gauge illumination power and ground leads to my lighter illumination. Pretty simple.
