I was working under my car today and I noticed some bad rust under the car where the trunk is. It is bubbling up all around the rubber plugs. Then I looked inside the trunk where the spare tire is and there was a lot of water. I am wondering if there is a drian plug that needs to be opened or if there is something else wrong. Anyone else have this problem or have any ideas.

this is what you do, check the rubber gasket around the trunk by going in the trunk with a flashlight, have someone close it and spray it down with a garden hose and check for leaks, if you see one inspect the rubber gasket in that area and maybe apply some silicon sealant under the gasket

lots of cars have leaking trunks, what dealerships do about it is just to drill a few small holes in the bottom of the trunk.. hehe.

LoL, I did that with my old car, cuz the trunk was buckled from an accident so water always got in the trunk, and it would drain all the time.
