ok.. i know all of you guyz have seen the movie Fast and Furious.. well im fast and curious on what short shifter that green eclipse had.. i want that short shifter with that CHEEEENKKKK sound when i shift.. i dont care about the knob.. i just want that same CHEEEENKKKK sound when i shift.. cuz that is tight.. help me out if you know.. and share the knowledge.. thanks..

i've got the shifter kit, and it doesn't make that sound. it feels different and much tighter and the like, but no clink.

Yea and i want the 7 gears that those cars have too. The civic shifted like 3 times under the 18-wheeler and the eclipse had like 7 in the first scene at dodger stadium.

don't use your clutch when you shift, you might get a chink sound, sometimes a grind tho.

those mirrors were custom made, i think i heard they came from a motorcycle. theyre pretty ugly

maybe he had a custom transmission too. Just like those floorplates that were all he had for floorboards, the turbo, and the big NOS system. That car was on speedoptions under the hottest car once. IT HAS APC FAKE REAR ROTORS! WTF!?!?!?! it got chosen as a movie car with that>?
