i've got the shifter kit, and it doesn't make that sound. it feels different and much tighter and the like, but no clink.

Yea and i want the 7 gears that those cars have too. The civic shifted like 3 times under the 18-wheeler and the eclipse had like 7 in the first scene at dodger stadium.

don't use your clutch when you shift, you might get a chink sound, sometimes a grind tho. :P

those mirrors were custom made, i think i heard they came from a motorcycle. theyre pretty ugly

ur both wrong. he shifted 6 times in the first scene. he also spins around with his reverse lights on.
