When I do a boost leak test, it leaks a LOT of air out of its breather way before it gets to the boost level I set it at (15psi). It is a SlowBoy Racing ball and spring type. Is this normal?

Yes, you should actually plug it because they make it difficult to find real leaks.

Turns out my 15psi of boost blew the welds on the intercooler pipe! Good thing I wasn't running a 100 shot of NOS...who KNOWS what other welds I would have taken out! emoji
