WTF? How did this happen?

It's like someone bent the wastegate flapper down half an inch?! Now it doesn't even come close to sealing.

How would I fix this? I can't even figure out how to remove the flapper arm without grinding it off, its not adjustable or anything right?

Ok, according to some guy on NABR this is a common problem. The bearing sleeve that the flapper sits in can wiggle itself out of the turbo.

I just whacked the thing with a hammer until it went back in. Hopefully it'll stay.
