We are doing great thus far and are joining a new local gym next month. However, here is our question. You know how you go to say, McDonalds and get a Grilled Chicken sandwhich or a salad with Grilled Chicken...how the fuck do you grill chicken like that? I always get some nice chunks of chicken from the Grocery store, cut off the fat, and I have tried everything to get a nice grill on it, so when you cut it, you cut right through it nice and smoothly. I have tried it on the actual grill outside, a frying pan, and the good old George Foreman grill and they never come out good. So, does anyone know how to make a nice piece of chicken that I can cut right through with no like burnt crust on the top or bottom, lol?
I used to work for Mcd's longtime ago, there grilled comes precooked with the grilled marks. It takes 4-5 mins to cook, all I did was I took the frozen grilled chicken Breast white ITs boneless I put it on a skillet ( Mcd's calls it a grill but its not ) I around metal hoop put metal lid with small cup ( has tiny hole for water to moist the chicken)filled with water, The water moists the chicken when cup is emptied, Flip the grilled chicken and fill the cup with water again, its done when cup is emptied. Thats all to it, but keep in mind theMcd's grill is pre heated at 350 degrees. If you own a skillet that you would cook pancakes on The rectangle skillet the uses two burners on a stove. You can make it but pre heat the pan to 350. Electric skillet is better. One way to lose weight is use small portions when dieting, Cut down on food intake. You could still eat the same foods but in small portions. Having a gym membership is a waste of money, you could same routines at home with dumbells, pull up bar, arm bands. Check out P90X
