I went to home depot and showed a guy the list, and he asked me if the bolts were in millimeters cause it shows, "M10x40" bolts. I was like, i dunno. So he said, well if thats millimeters than we dont have it.

So what size do i need? what does the M stand for? where did u get ur supplys?

I had a hell of a time finding the bolts. Yes they are metric, and HOme depot should have some metric bolts, they are usually in the little slide drawers. They most likely will only have a few of them, i tried 2 home depots and each only had several of them. I went to about 4 or 5 differnet home building places befor i got them all. The measurements of the bolts are 10mm x 40mm(lenght) and the thread size is 1.25. I had some trouble finding the correct thread size too, most 10mmx 40 mm bolts were a 1.5 thread size. Good luck. It cost me over 20 bucks for everything too..

Home Depot's bolts are not the right grade rating. Go to Napa, pepboys, Dicsount Auto Parts, etc. . .

I got the grade 8's at the depot. I think those are sufficient right? I think thats what i read anyway. The higher the grade, the better though...

I had gone to the Depot trying to find them and they only had one grade lower than 8. They also didn't have enough of each washer so I found everything at Napa.
