All you need is your basic tool set, 17mm Cresent wrech, 17mm Socket, torque wrench, jack, vice-grips, and spring compressor. I think that's all I had when I installed mine, at least thats all I can think of off the top of my head. Check out Corbins Link on installing springs.

Oh yeah, when you take the springs of the struts wrap a towel around the "flat part" of the strut and use the vice-grips so you don't strip the top of the sturt shaft. I think Klipzracer is the one he mentioned that a while back
