What does it do for ya? I have not heard of that one. Does it piggy back on the stock ECU? Where does it plug in?

I got a GS-T rear sway bar for free from a guy in the Rochester DSM club who upgraded and didn't want it anymore. Its a pain in the ass to install, and you need to get new rubber bushings for it to fit. (like 3 bucks each at Satan).

The bar bangs against the exhaust piping since the rear contol arms of the 96 GS-T and 99 GS are configured differently. (really F'n annoying). I do notice a sharp difference in performance, however, which is why I kept it on.

Just go to any junk yard and look for a GS-T or TSi. Take a bunch of wrenches with you, and 5 minutes later you will have it.
