any tool store or you should be able to rent one. A few members here report that a large pair of channel locks will reach in and remove it but i cant say i have tried that.

I got a SK brand one off the USA Tools truck that comes by work a while back when I first started my mechanic job. Ton's of people sell them, and quite a few parts stores rent them. Check NAPA to buy one, or O'Reilly's to rent one.
