#2300, "suspension travel"

Hi guys. Just a few quick questions. I have a set of maxspeed coil-overs and by the end of May, get a set of KYB AGX adjustables. About the bump stops in the front, is it better to just cut that? or just get those ground control front mount to increase suspension travel in the front? Are they compatible with a different brand of coilovers? Do any of you know how much it costs, the site offered it as a 100 OPTION upgrade to the GC coilover kit. Are there any other places that I can get these? I've heard our cars bottom out a lot due to that fact that our suspension system has very little suspension travel. I read somewhere that even if you lower the car just an inch, you'll cut the travel in half. I don't know if this problem is for the 1G or 2G though. Just wanted to prevent this from happening. Thanks!!!!

hahaha, suspension travel....i lack it.
on a real note though, i didnt know about a GC kit to increase travel but i am REALLY interested in one, im about to install some koni yellows on a bit of a serious drop and i want to increase the amount of time before i blow those 150-dollar bastards as much as i can. they arent covered under their warranty for more than like a 1.75" drop and i am just barely, (barely!) exceeding 1.75 inches. hehe, someone fill us in...

its simple, they have a machine that runs the strut through a test to see how much pressure has been exerted on it. they figure in the cars weight and the pressure exerted on the strut and the computer tells them the amount the car was dropped. at least this is how tokico does it, i would assume koni does the same
