I have a set of Tockio blues and Eibach Prokits and I'm getting ready to install now that the weather is finally warmer :0 I was told on here before to get the ingalls kits at GMP Performance. Which kits do I want ... the -3/4 to 1 or the +1 1/4 to 3? And do I want poly, rubber or brass? I'm thinking poly (I hear the rubber squeaks) but I have no idea on the number adjustments. TIA.

Just so you know, it's the poly ones that are squeaky but offer a stiffer feel. The rubber ones are more of a stock feel but don't squeak. Get your alignment done first to figure out what ones you need.

Why would I have it all aligned and then take it all back apart to put in the camber kits? Or am I misunderstanding - do I not have to take it all apart to put in the camber kits?

Personally, I have the same setup as you and I went with the rubber bushing ones (-3/4 to +1) because my last ones were poly and they squeeked like hell after a while. I didn't need any more than a +1 degree of correction and I think you would have upper control arm clearance issues with the one that goes out +3.
