i'd say pull off a wheel and try them since it would only take like 10 minutes to do.

If the powerslots came off of a RS or GS 3rd generation eclipse they will fit.

I think mitsu has been using the same brake calipers and rotors since 1989! ALL FWD 1st gen (and 89-92 AWD), and ALL FWD 2nd gen eclipses, and RS/GS 3rd gen eclipses use the same part numbers for the power slot rotors, and for the brake pads too.

If those rotors came off a GT eclipse they will be too big, since they use a larger dual piston caliper setup.

I think you will have to buy some GSX calipers. if you don't want them
let me know how much you want for them.

I just want enough to buy me the correct Powerslot front rotors for my car. Nothing more, nothing less.

Since you have the same rotors that a GSX has, you will need GSX dual piston calipers or other larger calipers in order to fit the Powerslot rotor.
