#5857, "Camber Kit"

Ok, I have a 99 Eclipse Gs 10th Aniv. Adition. I put Eibach Lowering Springs on the car and I have a Problem with the camber. After a few months I was forced to buy new tires because of the tire ware. So I decided that I better get a camber kit put on. So I did. I got an adjustable camber kit. After puting the camber kit on the car, The car was not drivable. When the tires were completly straight, it raised the tire rods or something into my fender frame so that the car was not drivable. Has anyone else had this problem? or does anyone know what the hell is wrong with my car?
