im going with the 20g after my engine is rebuilt, and im shooting for 315 whp in my gs, but i read that i may need a portfuller system, or a Mega Squirt, i already know what megasquirt is and kind of have a idea of how it works. but what i have no idea what port fueler system is or how it works, i looked it up on google and nothing really helpful came up. so if somebody could try and give me a basic response to what is a portfuler system and do i really need it? in the mean time im gonna keep on searching and try and find a logical answer.

300whp is doable on a s16g with nothing more than a SFMU, SAFC, and injectors.

The Megasquirt and Portfueler do approximately the same thing.
MS is for people who know electronics and tuning really well, and PF is for people who have money and don't want to have to bother with details.

Portfueler runs 8 injectors, the stock injectors as primaries that the stock ecu still controls, and then an extra 4 larger injectors that the portfueler controls whenever you enter boost. So as long you aren't running boost you're tuned by the stock ecu. The megasquirt replaces your whole fuel system (and spark if you want) and controls it all.
