#2028, "Duty Cycle"

At 197kpa my DutyCycle1 is 91.2 DutyCycle2 is 180.3 My question is What does DutyCycle 2 represent? It is always approx. double DutyCycle1. DutyCycle1 I'm assuming is the same value you see on the gauge in MegaTune for the DutyCycle. (those values are taken from a single row in a datalog)

Just ignore DutyCycle 2... it's meaningless in our application.

DC2 is used in dual table or staged injection.

If the DC2 number bothers you, change your tables so the Fuel Table 2(DT) is identical to your Fuel Table 1. Then change around the basic fuel settings like req_fuel to be the same.
