Im having problems with my camshaft position sensor....I have replaced it numerous times and everytime I start it back up it spits out the P0340 code. I have changed the connector and crankshaft pos. sensor as well...still no good. I just recently adjusted the timing because it was off a single tooth. My car will not run without getting this fixed, cause it spits and sputters then dies.... so I need some help. What do I need to check or fix now?

have you actually disconnected the battery and cleared the code each time but it keeps coming back, or have you yet to actually get rid of the cel since it first appeared?
