I have one question about it, I have an old S-AFC without LCD but with five or six button, I would like the configuration of the jumper behind the S-AFC for a Mitsubishi Eclipse 97 GS because in the user's manual that explain how to configure for a GS-T but not for the GS.

Scuse for my poor english

OK. Hook the red wire to a +12V switched source, and the black wire to ground. Then mount in your dash or wherever. Thats all you need to do. That will give you the best performance.

It was a joke, as in only hook power to it so it lights up and looks cool, but don't actually hook it to anything.

well kind of a joke. Those original SAFC models aren't compatible with our cars. Only the newer ones with the screen and of course the SAFC-2
It won't help at all to hook up any other wires.
