The EVO 8 runs a 4G63T similar to that in GST's and GSX's the fact that the engine sits the same way as our 420a doesn't mean the cams will fit our motor's. If you want cams get Crane's or Crower's for the 420a. This is the Kind of question that pisses the moderators off . Use the Search tool on the site there has been tons of threads discussing the best cams to use for our motor's. For both Turbo and NA applications.

I sell an install kit if you want to drop an EVO 4g63 into your 2gnt. Comes with all the brackets, hardware, and wiring harnesses. Contact me for pricing.
Or you could just do it the ghetto way and dremel them down until they fit.

I'm a proud owner of thedawg's 4G63 install kit. When I got the package in the mail I couldn't believe how well designed all the parts were. Fitment wasn't even an issue, as all mounts and brackets bolted up without a problem! It's pretty sweet telling people you swapped a 4g63 into your 420a platform.

Did you get the curmudge 4" dual exhaust system with it? I hear it's good for another 50awhp!
