**I searched and found nothing**

Okay, I have a friend who has a 95 Neon and he told me that Dodge made 2 different TB's for the their Neons.

The Neons that came with the ATX tranny came with a bigger TB with a softer spring.

The MTX Neons came with a smaller TB with a stiffer spring.

He saud Dodge did this to resolve the throttle response issue

Is this the same with the 2gNT DSMs?

Yes, the manuals came with a 49mm, and the autos with a 52mm. The throttle plates in both are 52mm. They will not work on the 420A engine, because of the linkage.

wow $150bux? a little steep. Is it worth it?

I have a Cold-air intake, 4-1 headder, testpipe, catback exhuast, egr blockoff kit, and a howell UDP.

I have a extra 2gNT TB sitting in my room. Where can I send it to get it bored? Would it be cheaper and beter?

What are the pros/cons between buying this one and sending out a OEM TB to be bored?

Don't get the 60mm N/A, either 55mm or 57mm. Theres a guy on ebay who does them, I got my 57 from him for 110 shipped and it kicks ass. Way better throttle response than the 60mm for n/a, but we have all read the famous debate posts on this right? emoji

EDIT: heres the one I wound up sticking with.........

55mm is as far as you can go without breaking through the casing into a vaccuum passage. I have been boring them for close to 10 years now.
