Intake manifold air temperature sensor: 7Nm, 5ftlb
Manifold absolute pressure sensor: 2Nm, 1.4ftlb
Intake manifold: 23Nm, 17ftlb
Exhaust Manifold: 23Nm, 17ftlb
Cam caps: #2,3,4,5 = 12Nm,9ftlb #1,6 = 28Nm,20ftlb
Cam Gear: don't know
Valve Cover: 12Nm,9ftlb

intake manifold: 17 ft-lbs
exhaust manifold: 17 ft-lbs
cam caps: 21 ft-lbs (outer bearing caps), 107 inch-lbs (inner bearing caps)
cam gears: 75 ft-lbs
valve cover: step 1: 40 inch-lbs
step 2: 80 inch-lbs
step 3: 107 inch-lbs

Hope this helps. All information taken from Haynes Repair manual.
