I am trying to install the sender for my autometer oil press gauge. I have removed the oil pressure sensor from the block, but the oil press sender NPT bolt is not big enough, anyone else have this prob, what kinda part do i need to make it work?

You just need to go to a parts store, like a NAPA, and get the right adapter 3/8" to 5/16" or somethinglike that. I don't remember the right sizes.

Hey, thanks a lot, thats what i figured... have you had good luck w/ your gauge? I would think w/ that pressure in that little line, it would leak at the ends or in the cockpit, have you had any probs like this? Should I use teflon paste on every connection to be safe?

Always use teflon tape around the threads of the fittings. I've had mine installed for about a year now... or so and I have had no problems with any leaking.
