Dumb question probably, but I've always known it as MAP Sensor for my 99 eclipse rs. I called up mitsubishi parts to order a new one, and the guy said he didn't know what I was talking about and mitsubishi doesn't carry any map sensors and their probably called something else. He told me to call him back with my VIN number, but before I do that, I am curious to know what else are our map sensors called?

180 bucks is crazy. call fenton dodge, ask for bob kise or robert, tell them your from 2gnt to get the discount. should be MUCH cheaper

This was Koepel mitsubishi of NYC if anybody is interested in who is trying to rip me off by charging $180 for it. Thanks for the heads up on the other vendors that sells it for cheap. Will come in handy.

there not trying to rip you off, they're a dealer, thats just how they sell things. they wanted $100 for a new center vent section. everything is outragiously expensive at dealers.
