You don't convert it to cable, the Eclipse's use a hydraulic clutch. 2000 and older Neon's use a cable and have to be converted to hydraulic by switching the bell housings to be able to use them in the Eclipse's

no, my 01 neon tranny was an even swap.
You mean yes, as he said 2000 and older neons use the cable clutch... lol
