I got mine for $310 shipped not too, long ago... can't remember where... others on the board got it from the same place. Dino I think was one.
I would suggest the 55mm TB and a header before you get the S-AFC. Since the S-AFC, is a $450-$500 investment to get what you need to tune it properly. But I love it, and it's a great tuning tool, I think everyone who gets relatively far in bolt ons should have one. Not just for the turbo guys.
