Anyone have any thoughts on this? They make one for us, just wondering if anyones tried it?

Yea man I called Venom and talked to Josh over there~he said that it will NOT give you a 25% increase~I.E. if you have 200 HP it will NOT give you another 50 HP. What it does is give you "up to" 25% more HP in the 1000-4000 RPM range! So you can't go by the PEAK HP rating! The most that you will see is perhaps 15 more HP in the 1000-4000 rpm range! Is it worth it?? I think that if I didn't have a super afc I would get it!

I had it. I ended up taking it off and selling it. My friend has a 5 speed and has it, but never uses it. It helped a little. But not 25%. He had smoke come from his ac vents, u can't use it with ac. Also, mine is auto. It blew my shift sensors and went crazy. Car would take off on it's own, because the car senses WOT all the time I think. The car eventually only had high gear unless I shifted manually. So I took it off, and towed the car to a dealer under warranty. shh. :P

damn, almost blew 300 bucks.. thanks for the info, my girl woulda killed me too.. and then just to find out it doesnt work.. whew, close one.. =)

hmm ok, one question.. what should my next mod be?
I have the intake on, muffler going on tomorrow, and UDP is on a truck somewhere headed my way.. would a S AFC be a good investment? a header? (I'm auto by the way.. i know, i know)
like everyone else, I'm looking for the max gain for as little as possible..

Probly not a good one to get just yet! In fact I wouldn't haven't gotten the super afc but I had planned to go turbo! Now I'm selling the car to buy a turbo 2g sooo I guess the super afc will pay off!go for headers you will see a good difference!
P.S. the super afc looks ULTRA cool in the car!!!! get it from bushier errr I think I spelled that wrong! Anyway if you get it buy from them, 325$ shipped! FOUND IT (invoice) okey here it is Buschur racing phone # is 440-839-7539

I got mine for $310 shipped not too, long ago... can't remember where... others on the board got it from the same place. Dino I think was one.

I would suggest the 55mm TB and a header before you get the S-AFC. Since the S-AFC, is a $450-$500 investment to get what you need to tune it properly. But I love it, and it's a great tuning tool, I think everyone who gets relatively far in bolt ons should have one. Not just for the turbo guys.
