does anyone know any cheap horsepower tricks. a couple of my friend have vw and subaru and they found out a couple tricks i was just intrested if there was any out there for the 2gnt

i was just curious because i have all the bolt ons and then some i also have fuel ingition and nitrous i was trin to see if i can get more power without doin a turbo and/or engine rebuild

It sounds like you've got everything short of a rebuild and/or turbo.

the afx ecu is one of the best na mods you can do. ask dr about it, hes even got a video clip of it. its not cheap tho. 540 with the core charge i believe.

I coulda swore I saw it on Howells site for $329... Ok I was incorrect. It is $390 but only for the 97. At least that is what they show. Would be a nice thing to get for the girl! How's things Greg? Good I hope! Drop a line?

that 390 doesnt include the core charge. things are going pretty good in these parts.

crank pulley would be a nice one to do also. i am able to spin 2nd now

Megasquirt would be cheaper and more effective then any modified PCM. It's not that hard to build or tune, but good luck getting it past the smog nazis.

You could remove your intake manifold and port it a bit. Actually, you should port it a lot. It's just difficult to reach everyplace in there.
