Like ignition timing and an SAFC or what? a little more specific please. I think you have no clue what your talking about.

It's not that hard to build or tune, but good luck getting it past the smog nazis. You could remove your intake manifold and port it a bit. Actually, you should port it a lot. It's just difficult to reach everyplace in there.
