yeah man 9 ft/lbs, you dont need any thread locker or anything on them, just be careful not to over torque them, b/c they arent very sturdy and break easily, so 9-10 is plenty for them, there are 13 bolts total, all are 10mm... the rtv sealant is the best stuff to use and you can get it for a few bucks at autozone, as uber said, the crossmember doesnt have to be taken off, and those 2 brackets, I just took off and I cant tell you where they are, I am pretty sure they serve absolutely no purpose, maybe some sort of heat shield or something, but all they are is a pain in the ass b/c they are in the way. be very careful when putting the 3 bolts in where the oilpump is, that is where the threads are most fragile, trust me I know, I broke off 4 oilpan bolts the first time I changed mine out, luckily my engine was out and I could get them out very easily, 3 broke off in the bedplate and the other one broke and completely stripped out the threads in oil pump.. I was torquing them to 30ft/lbs.. why b/c I couldnt find my chiltons and someone from the old eclipse club told me that was the specs.. dumb shit, and so was I for believing it.. 9 is plenty trust me.. g'luck ~STV~
