well to match your 60mm you'll have to ad material around the neck to make sure it's solid. ARD does it but i've heard they're turn around time is HORRIBLE lately.

Not to dispute anyone or anything, but I've been told adding material is not necessary. I'm gonna be forced to go bust out the digital calipers....

if you want a TRUE 60mm opening you have to add material. When looking into the intake opening, the left side "wall" will blow out. If you lay your 60mm gasket ont he opening and trace the gasket and use that as your porting guide, you'll blow thur! i speak from experience!!! what others have done is port at an angle to avoid this.

I got 60 on mine and only had to repair a very small hole - instead of the whole side. Did it with epoxy cause I don't trust myself welding aluminum right now(I need some practice). If its a big gaping hole you'll probably need to have it welded to fix it. Mine was just a little hole though.
